Prepare Your Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original pouch and box, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return mailer.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
